Transfer Tape Application Checklist
- [ ] Weeding completeβall waste removed, all design elements intact
- [ ] Backing trimmed to within 1/2" of design
- [ ] Transfer tape cut slightly larger than design
- [ ] Tape applied and squeegeed from center outward
- [ ] All elements adhered to tape (verified by lifting corner)
Application Checklist
- [ ] Surface cleaned with IPA
- [ ] Surface fully dry (30+ seconds after IPA)
- [ ] Surface at room temperature (60-80Β°F)
- [ ] Placement planned/previewed
- [ ] Backing peeled from transfer tape assembly
- [ ] Positioned on surface
- [ ] Squeegeed from center outward
- [ ] Wait 60 seconds minimum
- [ ] Transfer tape peeled at 180Β° angle
- [ ] Final squeegee pass on vinyl
- [ ] Allow 24-72 hours before washing/weather exposure
